The Asperger'sSyndrome is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects men and women from all cultures and socio-economic status. Asperger's is considered to be part of the Autism spectrum disorders. People with Asperger's have difficulty in comprehending and managing social and communicative situations. They have difficulty in interacting with others and reading between the lines. They normally follow rigid behavioural or thinking patterns. People with Asperger's do not have intellectual disabilities, however they do have a lot of issues regarding autonomy.

These games and learning units will allow students to be more aware of Autism as they learn more about the behaviour, capabilities and necessities of those suffering from it. They will learn about: social skills, respect for diversity and concepts related to the prevention of bullying in schools.
